چکیده
Although clear evidence for benefits in crop production is partly missing, several natural compounds and microorganisms have been introduced to the market as biostimulants. They are supposed enhance nutrient efficiency availability rhizosphere, reduce abiotic stress, improve quality parameters. Biostimulants often derive from compounds, such microorganisms, algae, plant extracts. In this study, commercial extract-based biostimulant ComCat® was tested two field experiments with maize communities of Banikoara Matéri Northern Benin six pot (four winter barley) at University Hohenheim Germany. Maize grown under deficiency, drought, weed competition, barley stressed by herbicide Luximo (cinmethylin). applied half, full, double recommended rate (50, 100, 200 g ha−1) on unstressed control plants leaf or seed treatment. The were conducted randomized complete block designs four replications. above-ground biomass yield data one experiment collected. did not promote plants. When exposed resulted only out eight higher compared treatment without application. There a reduced phytotoxic effect cinmethylin after ComCat®. Crop response independent application rate. Basic studies needed investigate crops biostimulants their mechanisms action before they should be used practical farming.

متن کاملPhysiological Response of Quinoa to Nitrogen Application under Salinity Conditions
Salinity stress is one of the major abiotic stresses which injures plants by limited water absorption and nutrient imbalance and limits crop growth. In order to study the effect of nitrogen fertilizer on physiological traits of quinoa at high salt concentrations, a greenhouse experiment was conducted in a factorial arrangement based on a randomized complete block with three replications in 2019...

Seed priming is a technique which is potentially able to promote rapid and more uniform seed germination and plant growth as well. In this regards, the presowing effects of seed priming treatments were investigated on some physiological viz. seed germination, germination rate, radicle elongation, shoot elongation, radicle dry weight, shoot dry weight and vigor index. Seeds were subjected to two...
